What are your business hours?
Generally, our business hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays, except legal holidays. Additionally, we have after hours emergency support.

Can I use your '800' number to contact you?
No, we are sorry, at this time we do not have a toll free number active.
Why should I rent a portable restroom trailer for my event?
A restroom trailer is the way of the future for the simple reason of a better portable sanitation for your outdoor event. Not only does it look very clean and presentable, it will make your event last longer because they will not forget about your restroom trailer facility used for your special event. Besides, who would want to leave when they are enjoying your event and have the pleasures of home in a portable restroom trailer.
How does Elegant Outhaus charge for its facilities?
We use the information provided by you to create a quote. Since each event is unique, we work with your particular event and bill according to unit, customer usage, and location.
How do I get a price on these mobile restroom?
Simply send us as much information as you have for your event--number of guests, estimated length of time and the event location to info@elegantouthaus.com. We will get back with you as soon as possible. Please do not forget to include your name, your phone number and a convenient time for us to call you back.
Who can I call for information regarding a portable restroom trailer quote?

How can I reserve a restroom trailer?
A reservation can be made over the phone using a credit card; Visa and Master Card are welcome. A minimum of $100.00 is required to reserve a unit, along with full payment 30 days prior to delivery. Rentals over 35 days will need the first month's rent, along with delivery charges, pickup charges and setup fees to be paid 30 days in advance, while subsequent months will be billed.
Can I make a cancellation after making my reservation?
Cancellations - All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $100.00. If you cancel less than one month prior to your reserved date, you will forfeit both your deposit and rental balance.
What is your company's Federal Identification Number?

How much advanced notice do I need to rent a restroom trailer?
We would appreciate as much advance preparation as possible to fully accommodate your specific needs. If that is not possible, we will do everything we can to service your event promptly and efficiently. At the minimum we need at least 8 days notice to avoid additional "rush fees"; although during our busy season inventory is limited.
Why would I need a Elegant Outhaus portable restroom trailer facility?
Elegant Outhaus restroom trailers are designed for special events, and when weather conditions would create problems for port a-potty users. Additionally, our facilities are more convenient and comfortable for families with small children, the elderly, and guests who prefer stylish, quality portable restroom trailer.
Can your facilities be used where water or power is unavailable?
Yes, for these situations we have fresh water units available for rent. However, 6500 watt power generators are required to power our units and should be rented locally by the customer or we can provide the unit for an additional fee.
How do I keep my rented facility maintained during an event?
The best idea we have found, and what seems to be the most helpful to our customers, involves working with the event catering company or cleaning service. By simply requesting an extra person or so to help stock the necessary toiletries and help with periodic sink cleaning, you can be sure your rental unit will remain in tiptop condition. However, in the event you are unable to find reliable help, Elegant Outhaus, Inc. can provide attendant(s) for you. Please note that there will be a significant charge for these services, including travel expenses.
